All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Orders will be packed for shipping within 5 days from order. Shipping delivery times begin when your package has been scanned for shipment. Please see return policy for information on lost or stolen packages. Pick-up Option: The pick-up option is for pre-approved customers only. Please DO NOT click this option if you have not been pre-approved. If you’d like to see you qualify, please email me your name and location.

We do not offer international shipping.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday.

HWB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned delivered to the correct address. HWB is not responsible for currier delays. HWB will ship within the guaranteed time frame, once shipped HWB is no longer liable for delivery time frames. For packages lost in transition, please contact me for more information.
